Law has as its main goal the preparation of professionals able to argue, interpret and value the social and legal phenomena, matching the excellence of professional capacity to the promotion of values such as ethic, justice and citizenship. In a broader perspective, this course establishes a dialogue between the academic environment and the civil society, reaffirming and disseminating honored Law principles, vital to the accomplishment of a more just and balanced society.
It presents an innovative curricular structure, which brings theory and practice together and it is characterized by deep, specialized and multidisciplinary insertion in different thematic fields of Law, through a decisive proposal of curricular softening that goes through an extensive roster of elective courses offered by the Law Department and other departments of the institution. In this sense, after concluding their flexible formation, the bachelors will be able to choose among the various professional opportunities , such as General Advocating, Justice Department, Public Defender's Office, Attorney in Public, Private or Outsourced Institutions, Legal Consultancy, Diplomatic Career , among others in national and international level.
